Austin Contracting delivered a high-spec commercial carpark in Christchurch’s CBD – under budget, ahead of programme, zero rework.

This fast-tracked project transformed a vacant post-quake lot into a fully compliant, commercial-grade carpark in central Christchurch. A & A Fairweather (2020) Ltd engaged our team to deliver the full civil scope – from earthworksand drainage through to kerbing, surfacing, and line marking.

Despite the complexities of working on a tight corner site with public interface, cycle lanes, and active traffic, our team managed every phase of construction with precision and care.

All works were completed ahead of schedule and on budget, with no variations, no rework, and zero incidents. Compliance was achieved without delay, and the modular stormwater filtration system installed onsite will reduce long-term maintenance.
